The Impending Foreclosure Tsunami

While local Denver newspapers are reporting that foreclosures have dropped significantly, the NDF list had 1012 properties on it last week, and more than 900 this week.

The foreclosure moratorium is over - expect to see statistics like this for the coming months!!!
